Group and large bookings may not receive all advertised services / amenities, please check these on your reservation statement or at the time of booking 

Bartercard 

Please contact us prior to discuss prior to booking should you wish to pay with Bartercard 

Our Peak season runs from 1 September through to 30 May and many of the dates during this period maybe blocked, so please contact us directly to book 

Large Group bookings (i.e teams, multiple room bookings) please contact us directly 

Event BLOCK OUT DATES - please read these prior to making your booking
Unfortunately, we no longer able to accept Bartercard payment for the following dates; where these Events are usually held in Invercargill 

  • The Burt Munro Challenge (Usually 2nd week of February)
  • The Bluff Oyster Festival (Usually held 2nd last weekend of May)
  • The Tour of Southland (Including the weekend before the Event usually the last week of October)
  • The Southern Field Days, Waimumu/Gore (Biannually in the 2nd week of February 
  • Any New Zealand or South Island Secondary Schools Events (usually held in term school holidays)

Office hours and check in and out times 

Our office hours from 10.30am - 8.00pm Daily 
As we do not have a 24 hour office service, please contact us to make alternative arrangements if you think you will be arriving after 8.00pm

Check in time is strictly between 2.00pm and 8.00pm daily Check Out time is 10.0am on the day of departure

Early check-in and /or late check-out are by arrangement only and  are subject to availability further costs will apply

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged and invoices will be sent
  • Please note we no longer do cancellations due to changes in COVID Alert Levels, YOU ARE BOOKING AT YOUR OWN RISK, please call us if you have any questions, regarding this  6432176102

A Valid Credit Card is Required to secure your booking

These details will be held in our secure booking system.  The equivalent of 1 night's accommodation may be processed prior to your arrival up to 48 hours in advance once within the cancellation period.  This is at the discretion of the manager who will decide based on booking demand at the time.  Please ensure your account has sufficient funds to cover this amount as if a card is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.  Therefore, where a card is declined, and we are unable to contact you, your booking will be cancelled, and the room will be made available to other potential guests

Tariff

  • All rates quoted are on a per night basis and are include GST of 15%
  • All rates quoted are Non-Commissionable rates
  • Unless you have pre-paid, payment is required at check-in
  • For all non-contact check ins please do arrange a bank deposit, our account is on your reservation statement / invoice or call us directly with a valid credit card 

Pet Policy 

  • We charge a further $25 per stay for the privilege of bringing your pet with you
  • Pets are not to be on any of our furniture including the beds. We would prefer that pets sleep in crates or at least their own beds/blankets
  • Please bring your pets bowls for feeding
  • We would also appreciate it if you pick up; and bin any of your pets poop after they have been toileted
  • Further charges will apply if we are required to do any extra-ordinary cleaning as a result of your stay​

COVID-19 Keeping our valued guests safe

  • We provide a contactless check in system, online payments, and key pick up should you wish to use them
  • Regular disinfecting of surfaces (in rooms, and other areas both public and our staff only areas
  • We are encouraging good hand hygiene practises by encouraging frequent hand washing and sanitising
  • By not allowing sick people in our work-place

Electric Vehicles, Bikes, Scooter &  Batteries pertaining to such

If you are driving an Electric vehicle or bike  it is important that you read these conditions below 

  • Unfortunately  charging cables are not permitted to be plugged into our rooms for charging
  • Electric bikes (or any bikes) are not to permitted to be stored in our rooms (please ask if you would like us to store these in our garage)
  • Batteries for your eScooter / eBike or are not permitted to be stored in your rooms 

Doing any of the above has been identified as a fire risk and our insurance will not cover any fire or damage that may result from doing any of the above 

Force Majeure

ASURE Surrey Court Motel will not in breach of this agreement or in any way liable, if it is prevented from complying with the supply of accommodation and any other related services by reason of Act of God, Act of Public Enemy, War, Earthquake, Riot, Fire, Storm, Flood, Explosion, Compliance with any Law of Government Restraint Oder, Rule Regulations, Strikes, Lock Outs or any other cause not reasonably within the control of the motel
